Plain language, because you should be able to read this once and know where you stand. Buying anything here means you are alright with what is below.
What you are buying, and how long you keep it.
A course is bought once and it is yours to keep. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and nothing charges you again. Sign in with the same email and it is there, on any phone or computer, for as long as this site is running.
A one on one is sixty minutes with Christy on Zoom. She records it for you and writes it up afterward.
The recordings are hers, and passing them on is the one thing that is not allowed.
Listen as many times as you like, on as many of your own devices as you like. What you cannot do is share your login, copy the audio out, or put it anywhere else. That is the whole restriction, and it is there because the recordings are the thing she made.
If an account is clearly being shared around, she can close it. What you wrote in your own notebook stays yours either way, and you can ask for a copy.
What Christy can promise you, and what nobody can.
She is a coach. She is not a doctor, a therapist, or a licensed counsellor, and nothing here is medical advice, mental health treatment, legal advice or financial advice.
What she promises is the material, her actual thinking, and her attention for the hour if you book one. What she cannot promise is a particular outcome, because that depends on you and on a great deal she does not control. If you are dealing with something that needs a professional, please go and see one. She will say the same thing to your face.

Life happens, and moving a session is one email.
Life happens on both sides. Email christytheclaritycoach@gmail.com as soon as you know and she will find another time. If she has to move one, she does the same for you.

These terms are governed by the law of the State of Tennessee, where the business is.
Nothing here changes what you already bought.
